and enthusiastic crowd, first lady michelle obama saying the presidency reveals who you really are. i want to show you a photo that was tweeted out earlier. can you take a look at it. it's coming up right here. there it is. the president and their two daughters. 14-year-old malia and 11-year-old sasha watching from the white house. >> a week ago, michelle obama taking off on the theme of love. saying she loves him more than she did four years ago, and 23 years ago, watching him. as you said, revealed, and tying it to what he is doing as president. also, talking about his love for the american people and what they've learned from the american people. clearly, cokie roberts down on the floor, this is a speech designed to rally the faithful and it did in this hall. >> it certainly did. the signs of we love michelle. but also, she did something important in terms of humanizing as ann romney. a lot of presidents try to portray him as different. she said he was raised just like me. as she painted a portrait of our own childhood as being so very normal. but also this whole question we're not in it alone.
